Two examined units 70% One coursework unit, single short film production 30% The Film Studies coursework production has an almost equal focus on extended written analysis of a range of micro elements as it does on creative production work. Therefore, it could no longer fairly be called a creative, production based course, but closer to the English Literature model of evaluating texts.
