Course summary

Physics reveals the mathematical beauty of the universe at scales ranging from subatomic to cosmological. Studying Physics strengthens quantitative reasoning and problem solving skills that are valuable in areas beyond science. Students cover a broad range of topics including, but not limited to, particle physics, mechanics, simple harmonic motion, and astrophysics. Students are challenged to look critically at scientific models and use these as tools to explain application of physics to our world today As well as learning about the universe, students will enhance their employability skills through problem solving, analytical analysis and IT skills.
