Mathematics is a linear A Level meaning that all the exams will take place at the end of Year 13 and will test all the material that has been covered over 2 years. There is an emphasis on problem solving, modelling and reasoning in the new A Level. Mathematics is the only subject to offer two A Levels in the same field.
