In Year 12 you will be given an introduction to key business areas: marketing, operations, finance and human resource management. This includes a special focus on decision making – particularly how decisions made in one area can affect the rest of the business. In Year 13 you will progress to investigate the strategic decisions that all businesses have to make. The focus this year is more upon large scale and global business activity. YEAR 12 UNITS: Unit 1 – What is business?
