Course summary
Philosophy concerns itself with a study of thought and ideas about reality, the existence of God and what it means to be human. Ethics is a study of how we arrive at decisions about right and wrong, and then applying this to various issues. New Testament Studies analyses the influences and factors that shape the message and interpretation of the New Testament. This subject teaches students how to think logically and to argue a point through to a rational conclusion. It teaches skills of essay writing, and summarising arguments and principles which are valuable to all careers and further study. This course examines what it means to be human.
