Assessment

In the EPQ you are assessed on the final project submission (the project itself and a presentation on the project) as well as your production log completed throughout the project. You are assessed on your ability to manage a project, obtain and select resources for your research, develop and realise a range of skills and to review and evaluate your own learning and performance. Your EPQ could take the form of an Academic Report (most popular), Action Research, a Community Action Project or a Practical Performance. You must produce a 5000-word for Academic Report or Action Research project, or a 1000 word written report if the EPQ is a Community Action Project or Practical performance, rather than a Research Project.
