Learners will study three mandatory units: 'Anatomy and Physiology', 'Fitness Training', 'Programming for Health, Sport and Well-being' and 'Professional Development in the Sports Industry'. Learners will also study Unit 4 'Sports Leadership' - In this practical unit, students will develop their leadership skills in sport an improve their understanding of coaching to improve performance. This BTEC qualification is designed in consultation with professional bodies, businesses and universities.
