Year 1: There will be no external examination during this year. Instead there will in class formal assessments throughout the year, culminating in the End of Year 12 internal exams in May/June Year 2: Paper 1 = 34% of the total A-level grade. A 2 hour written exam worth 85 marks, comprised of short and long answer questions (60 marks) and multiple choice questions (25 marks) Paper 2 = 34% of the total A-level grade. A 2 hour written exam worth 85 marks, comprised of short and long answer questions (60 marks), multiple choice questions (25 marks) Paper 3 = 32% of the total A-level grade. A 2 hour written exam worth 80 marks.
