Course summary

There are five units of work in the Information Technology Introductory Diploma. Unit 1: Fundamentals of IT Unit 2: Global Information are externally examined units of work, taught and taken in the first year Unit 6: Application Design Unit 8: Project Management Unit 17: Internet of Everything (IOE) are coursework unit, taught and completed in the second year Besides the technical knowledge, you also learn key transferable skills such as questioning effectively, presenting to an audience and analysing feedback
