Course summary

You will study lifespan development, working in health and social care, research, safe practice, sociology for health, and meeting individual care and support needs. The extended diploma covers more direct health topics looking at human anatomy, nutrition and dementia care. This qualification also requires you to complete 100 hours of work experience.
