Art and Design (Fine Art)

Course summary

In A level Art and Design: Fine Art students complete practical and critical/contextual work in a variety of the following media: painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, textiles and photography. The two-year course starts with a selection of projects that explore a variety of sources, media, techniques and processes. Students are then well informed about the direction their personal creative enquiry could take.
