Assessment

At the end of the two years of study, students sit three exams, all of which are two hours long covering the three broad areas of law that we will have examined; criminal law, tort law, and human rights law. Each question will assess students on their ability to identify and explain the relevant law before applying that knowledge to a scenario to come to a conclusion. For example, has a defendant committed everything required to prove murder or are there any defenses that could be used? This format forms the basis for Praising Stars assessments throughout the course to practice these essential skills.
