5+ GCSE Grades A* - C including English, Mathematics and Art Students have achieved Grade 5 or above in FIVE separate subjects ideally including English and Mathematics. In order to study a subject at A Level, you would be required to have at Grade 5 in that particular subject if you have studied it at GCSE
Component 1 Personal Investigation (No time limit) supported by 1000 words written analysis Component 2 Externally Set Assignment 60% 40% Assessment • All work is assessed by the school and moderated by the examining board. • Grades are the familiar A level grades of A* to E. The A level course follows on from GCSE Art and Design.
