Our success rates go from strength to strength with one hundred percent pass marks at Levels 2 and 3 each year. Our industry-expert tutors provide an authentic learning experience to prepare you for a career in catering. Career prospects have never been better within the industry, for qualified hospitality and catering professionals. You will develop and understand the principles and practice of knife skills, menu planning, food safety, and preparing foods such as stocks, soups, sauces, meat, fish, shellfish, and desserts. Advanced skills include sugar, chocolate, and pastry work.

Entry requirements

A minimum of 5 GCSE subjects graded 9-3, or equivalent, including English or Maths.
