Our industry-expert tutors provide an authentic learning experience to prepare you for a career in catering. You will develop and understand the principles and practice of knife skills, menu planning, food safety, and preparing foods such as stocks, soups, sauces, meat, fish, shellfish, and desserts. Advanced skills include sugar, chocolate, and pastry work.
