Assessment

At the end of the two years of study, students sit two exams, both of which are two hours long covering the three broad areas of Music Technology that we will have examined; recording and production techniques, principles of audio and sound technology, and the development of recording and production technology. Students will also submit a three-minute recording of a popular song and composition based on a brief set by the exam board. Praising Stars assessments are set throughout the course to practice and develop these essential skills.
