Art and Design covers a wide range of artwork and allows pupils to engage in a wide variety of Art specialisms to help inform their future career path. These elements include photography, graphic design, illustration, painting, sculpture, textile design, and much more. ● Art and Design is creative, exciting and fun. ● It combines theory and practice. ● Art and Design will teach you transferable skills. ● It will enable you to think differently. ● Studying Art and Design will give you an extremely wide range of opportunities for your future; it will not narrow your career options. ● AS-level Art and Design qualifications can be worth up to 20 UCAS points. A level of Art and Design qualifications can be worth up to 56 UCAS points.
