Course summary

An exciting way to gain academic knowledge as well as undertake practical work placements. The technical qualification will include core theory, concepts and skills for the industry and specialist skills for adult nursing as a career. The college has invested in brand new state of the art nursing facilities to provide professional standard training. TOPICS INCLUDE: • The principles and applications of working in the health setting • Working with health and science • Human health • Safety and environmental regulations • Good scientific and clinical practice • Core science concepts. *The course also includes 315 hours in an industry placement and completing occupational specialisms, including supporting the Adult Nursing Team.
