Course summary

This course is an ideal start if you are thinking about pursuing a career in the beauty therapy industry. You'll develop a foundation of Beauty Therapy skills in areas such as face and skin analysis, hair removal treatments, manicure, pedicure and make-up, light cured gel polish as well as the principles of practice for Beauty Therapists. You will also gain the basic knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology for beauty therapists. You will be learning in our purpose-built salons, training in a commercial environment, and learning beauty therapy techniques from industry professionals. They will demonstrate everything that you need to know and you will then practice the skills that you have been shown by fellow colleagues. Eventually, you will be providing treatments to paying clients. From facials, pedicures, manicure, waxing, make-up, eye lash, and brow treatments, you will be trained to industry standards.
