Course summary

This course will equip you with a thorough grounding in key philosophical concepts, themes, texts and techniques. You will learn how to use reason and logic, form your own judgments and express yourself clearly in debate. You will also develop the ability to analyse and assess philosophical writings. Philosophy equips you with transferable skills which can be applied successfully to many other subjects and life more generally.
