Computer Appreciation (Introduction)

Course summary

The Level 3 Applied ICT qualification is a vocational course and has been designed to give students a work-focused alternative to A levels. The course provides students with an opportunity to learn the essential skills relating to the digital sector and then put these skills into action by making links to industry. The Level 3 Applied ICT course provide students with essential knowledge and skills in ICT. A wide range of units and opportunities for practical and project-based work helps students gain an insight into how digital technologies impact businesses, data analysis, use of data in software design and legal and security considerations.
