Course summary

The course is the AQA A level. Topics include: Year 12 - The changing state of the family, the digital world, youth culture, fashion and trends, music and television, festivals and traditions, art and architecture and cultural life in Berlin, past and present. Year 13 - Immigration, integration and racism, Germany and the European Union, politics and youth and German re-unification and its consequences. This year also includes the study of a book and a film. Throughout the course there is also rigorous grammar practice.
