Art and Design (Graphics)

Entry Requirements

All students need to have at least five GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (and a satisfactory school reference) in order to be accepted on an A Level/BTEC Level 3 Programme. In addition, students should meet the following minimum requirements: Grade Grade 4 in GCSE Art or Graphic Design (if taken) Students without a GCSE Art or Design subject will be considered subject to proof of ability. Students will need to demonstrate a high level of commitment and interest in Art and Design. They should have a creative imagination and be able to apply problem solving and creative thinking to Art and Design briefs. Being organised and meeting deadlines are also critical to success. Good drawing skills will be beneficial.
