• Paper 1: The Nature of Law and the English Legal System - Criminal law • Paper 2: The Nature of Law and the English Legal System - Tort • Paper 3: Law of Contract or Human Rights Laws All three papers are written exams, lasting two hours each and each worth 33% of the A-level course. They are a combination of multiple choice, short answer and extended writing questions.
