Do you want to study a subject that encompasses many of the earth’s most pressing issues? Do you enjoy problem-solving and practical science? If so, study Geology!. The course covers: • Geological Investigations • Geological Principles and Processes • Geological Applications including Geohazards, Geological Map Application and Geological Evolution of Britain. • Practical Endorsement: An assessment of practical competency. Students undertake four days of fieldwork and complete experiments in the laboratory to pass the practical endorsement.
