Section A – Applied anatomy and physiology Section B – Skill acquisition Section C – Sport and Society Paper 2: Written 2-hour exam – 35% of A-Level. Factors affecting optimal performance in physical activity. Section A – Exercise physiology and biomechanics Section B – Sports Psychology Section C – Sport and society and technology in sport Practical performance - 30% of A-Level. Students assessed as a player/performer or in full sided version of one activity plus written analysis and evaluation of performance.
