Course summary

On this two-year course you will gain a Level 3 technical qualification in Education and Early Years. This course will give you the opportunity to develop your theoretical knowledge of this sector in the classroom. You will also gain work experience with credible employers – in which you will develop the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to work successfully in this industry and be work-ready at the end of the course. On the course, you will complete over 750 hours of placement with a local employer. Studying this course is a route to a Primary School Teaching qualification at university.
