Course summary

The new BTEC course introduced by Pearson is an exciting blend of coursework, practical work and one A level standard exam. Within working towards the three different aspects of the course scholars will learn exciting topics such as Waves and the particle nature of light, the Bohr model and cell biology. The course is specifically designed for learners who are interested in learning about the sector alongside other fields of study, with a view to progressing to a wide range of higher education courses, not necessarily in applied science.
