Assessment

There are three exams for the A Level, each lasting 2 hours and all are sat at the end of Year 13. Paper 1 covers Themes 1 and 4, which comprise Marketing, People and Globalisation. Paper 2 covers Themes 2 and 3, which covers Finance, Managing Business Activities and Business Decisions and Strategies. Paper 3 is based on case study material and is drawn from everything studied over the whole course. It will be possible to take an AS Level in Business. Each exam covers short answer questions and both essay questions and data response questions.
