MUSC1: Appraising Music (40% of A Level) Listening & Written Paper. MUSC2: Performing (35% of A Level) Candidates will perform a short solo program lasting 10 to 12 minutes. MUSC3: Composing: Developing Musical Ideas (25% of A Level) Two briefs, externally assessed completed within a maximum of 20 hours of controlled time.
