Assessment

Students will be marked based on the AQA four assessment objectives. Emphasis will be on understanding, experimentation, and development of ideas through various photographic techniques, processes, and mediums. Formal assessment will take place at the end of each year. Practical 5-hour mock exam in Year 12 and controlled 15-hour exam in Year 13. Overall grade is based on 60% coursework and 40% external set exam.
