Geography

Course summary

Geography is an exciting, rewarding, and relevant subject, which offers a balance of physical and human themes. Students travel the world from their classroom, exploring case studies from around the world. Students are also encouraged to understand their role in society, by considering different viewpoints, values, and attitudes. Geography is a popular and successful post-16 option at Erasmus Darwin Academy. Students follow the AQA A level Geography Course, which we feel provides a smooth transition in learning from the AQA GCSE Geography course studied in Years 10 and 11.
