Assessment

This subject is assessed by two examinations at the end of your course and by the submission of your coursework. Paper 1: Factors affecting participation in physical activity and sport 105 marks. 2 hour written exam. 35% of the total mark. Paper 2: Factors affecting optimal performance in physical activity and sport 105 marks. 2 hour written exam. 35% of the total mark. Non-exam assessment: Practical performance in physical activity and sport 90 marks. Internal assessment, external moderation. 30% of the total mark.
