Law
Course summary
Studying law is stimulating, intellectually demanding – and fun. The study of law helps develop the learner’s analytical ability and critical thinking. It also develops problem solving skills through the application of legal rules. The A Level course provides a useful background for the further study of law either as the main subject or subsidiary part of a degree, foundation degree or for the many professional qualifications which have a law component. Every year we help students get onto policing, as well as Law courses post sixth form. Included in your course is a trip to the Houses of Parliament where laws are made to include a tour of the Palace of Westminster and a talk from our local MP as to how laws are made.
