Course summary

Core Maths is a Level 3 course for students who have achieved a good pass at GCSE mathematics. It has been designed to better prepare students for the mathematical demands of work, study and life. The course was developed with input from employers, universities and professional bodies to be a valuable preparation for higher education and employment. It would be especially useful for students studying A-levels with some mathematical content. Students can start Core Maths in the autumn term of year 12.
