Course summary
Studying Geography in the Sixth Form will give you the opportunity to explore the world around you and develop a greater understanding of the Physical, Environmental and Economic aspects of the planet you live on. The course will equip you with valuable skills that you can use at University or to enter the world of work. Geography is a good general subject which complements Science and Arts subjects. It is a good A-level for those interested in careers in Geography, Geomatics, Earth Science, Town Planning, Logistics, Surveying and many more. It is very popular amongst universities and employers as students can demonstrate a wide variety of transferable skills.
