The Further Pure 1 unit will continue to improve your understanding of Pure mathematics in which we will delve into new trigonometry techniques, solving inequalities, the intricacies of conic sections, and determining infinite polynomials through the Taylor series. The Further Mechanics 1 unit will reveal further forces within the world around us, extending your understanding from A-level maths to help to explain the work-energy principle, collisions of multiple particles within 1 or 2 dimensions, and work done against resistive forces.
