Course summary

This course offers an opportunity to study human behavior in a hands-on way. You will learn how to investigate and research contemporary issues which face individuals and society. The skills that you will develop during this course will prepare you for further study, an apprenticeship and the world of work. The course is made up of two examined units and two coursework units covering a variety of different behaviors. IS THIS COURSE FOR ME? BTECs embody a fundamentally learner-centered approach to the curriculum, with a flexible, unit-based structure and knowledge applied in project-based assessments. They focus on the holistic development of the practical, interpersonal and thinking skills required to be able to succeed in employment and higher education.
