Assessment

Paper 1: Listening, reading and writing (50% of A level) covers current trends, current issues, artistic culture and aspects of political life in the French-speaking world. Paper 2: Writing (20% of A level) covers one text and one film or two texts from the list set in the specification and French grammar. Paper 3: Speaking (30% of A level) covers an Individual Research Project (IRP) and one of four themes that have been covered during the course.
