Developed in conjunction with universities and clinics this course provides an engaging context-led approach to the development of scientific and medical knowledge and skills, plus enables learners to understand and assess real-world medical problems and challenges. By placing emphasis on the development of good practical skills, students will learn how to monitor human health and disease within the modern healthcare industry. The Certificate is studied in Year 1 and the Diploma in Year 2. The full diploma is equivalent to a full A-level with the same UCAS points attached. Fully regulated by OFQUAL.
