Course summary

You are considering a career in the Health and Social Care or Child Care sectors. This course will give you the opportunity to enhance your people skills, particularly in the development of young people and playing a part in shaping their futures. This course will also give you the opportunity to develop knowledge of supporting children, young people’s and adult’s health. You will develop key knowledge and awareness of the various industries across Health and Social Care or Child Care sectors. You will learn about the skills needed to work in healthcare. You will also complete projects such as examining the developing child and activities to support children and young people’s development.
