Assessment

The Further Mathematics course is comprised of four assessments, all of which are externally assessed written examinations. • Paper 1: Further Pure Mathematics 1 This exam lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This exam is worth 75 marks, which is worth 25% of the course certification. • Paper 2: Further Pure Mathematics 2 This exam lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This exam is worth 75 marks, which is worth 25% of the course certification. • Paper 3: Decision Mathematics 1 This exam lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This exam is worth 75 marks, which is worth 25% of the course certification. • Paper 4: Decision Mathematics 2 This exam lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
