Entry Requirements

Successful candidates will be offered a place conditional on specified grades at I/GCSE, typically a minimum of six I/GCSEs in grades 8-9. Sporting, creative and other talents are also important as they form an integral part of the Sixth Form programme. Experience shows that the step up from IGCSE to Sixth Form Maths is significant. Due to this increase in difficulty, boys starting the A-level mathematics course should have a grade 8 at IGCSE. Any boy who does not achieve this grade but wishes to take A-level mathematics will need to speak to the Head of Mathematics.
