Assessment
The A Level course is examined through three external examinations, each two hours long. Paper 1 - Natural Environment and Species Survival Paper 2 - Energy Exercise and Coordination Paper 3 - General and Practical Applications in Biology The practical endorsement for the course is internally assessed but externally monitored. 10% of the assessment will be using mathematics and statistical testing.
