Assessment

2 written papers, both 2 hours long taken on different days in Year 13 at the end of the course. Papers comprise of a mixture of multiple choice, short answer and extended writing. Each paper is marked out of 105 marks and worth 35% of total A Level qualification. Students assessed as a performer or coach in the full sided version of one activity of their choice (taken from an approved list of activities as set by AQA). Marked out of 90 and worth 30% of total A Level. Video evidence will need to be provided and students must be actively taking part in that activity on a regular basis outside of school.
