Modules Students taking the Extended Certificate will do the following four units: – Unit 1: Exploring Business – coursework set by the school. – Unit 2: Developing a Marketing Campaign – controlled assessment set by the exam board – Unit 3: Personal and Business Finance – exam set by the exam board – Unit 8: Recruitment and Selection Process – coursework set by the school Assessment Extended Certificate – Coursework – Unit 1 and Unit 8 (42%) – Controlled Assessment – Unit 2 and – Exam – Unit 3 – 2 hrs (58%)
