Course summary

This course is structured around four modules which are designed to allow students to read widely and interpret a range of literary genres and forms. A level English literature will enable students to engage critically and creatively with texts; develop and apply their knowledge of literary analysis and evaluation; explore how contextual factors shape meaning and engage with critical interpretations to enhance their own critical arguments.
