The course consists of Pure and Applied papers, in the ratio 2:1. Pure Maths takes up two thirds of the course. The Applied papers consist of Mechanics and Statistics, and each are equally weighted - so one sixth of the course each overall. These are taught accordingly to the weighting, so with 2 lessons focusing on Pure Maths and 1 lesson focusing on the Applied topics each week.
