Course summary
This course is an A Level in Environmental Science following the AQA Specification. In this course you can expect to further your knowledge of all three sciences from GCSE and apply them to our developing world. This qualification will look at key topics such as the biophysical environment, energy resources, pollution, sustainability, as well as social issues such as circular economy. Environmental science is a holistic subject that aims to give students the chance to look deeply into the systems and process that influence our world. You will have the opportunity to debate, consider and conclude the impact of human activity on our world. You will develop an understanding of how we rely on the natural work to support human society. As well as propose the changes that would lead to a sustainable future for all.
