
T Level in Supporting Therapy Teams (NCFE) The T Level in Supporting Therapy Teams is a two-year Level 3 qualification equivalent to three A Levels. It combines classroom learning with real industry experience to prepare you for a career in the health and care sector, focusing on supporting patients through therapy and rehabilitation. This T Level provides an excellent route into careers such as therapy assistant, rehabilitation support worker, or healthcare technician, and is also a strong foundation for progression to university degrees or higher apprenticeships in healthcare, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy. Students develop both scientific understanding and practical skills needed to work alongside healthcare professionals in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other allied health roles. PO2: Assist with the therapy support process and provide advice to help individuals improve health and daily living skills. PO3: Prepare and maintain the therapeutic environment, equipment, and resources for use. Industry Placement: A key feature of the T Level is the 45-day industry placement, where you’ll work directly with employers in real healthcare settings. This experience allows you to apply what you’ve learned, gain confidence in a professional environment, and make valuable industry connections.
T-level entry requirements: At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades 5 GCSE English, Math's and Science at least grade 4
Assessment: Assessment combines written exams, employer-set projects, and practical skills assessments across both the core and occupational specialism elements.
