T Level in Supporting Therapy Teams (NCFE) The T Level in Supporting Therapy Teams is a two-year Level 3 qualification equivalent to three A Levels. It combines classroom learning with real industry experience to prepare you for a career in the health and care sector, focusing on supporting patients through therapy and rehabilitation. This T Level provides an excellent route into careers such as therapy assistant, rehabilitation support worker, or healthcare technician, and is also a strong foundation for progression to university degrees or higher apprenticeships in healthcare, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy. PO2: Assist with the therapy support process and provide advice to help individuals improve health and daily living skills. Industry Placement: A key feature of the T Level is the 45-day industry placement, where you’ll work directly with employers in real healthcare settings. This experience allows you to apply what you’ve learned, gain confidence in a professional environment, and make valuable industry connections.
T-level entry requirements: At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades 5 GCSE English, Math's and Science at least grade 4
Assessment: Assessment combines written exams, employer-set projects, and practical skills assessments across both the core and occupational specialism elements.
